Anouska Hempel (born 1941) is a New Zealand-born British interior designer, hotel designer and furniture designer. After establishing her London design practice during the 1970s, she co-founded and designed Blakes Hotel, widely recognised as one of the first boutique hotels, and later developed The Hempel together with a number of other hotel projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Alongside her hotel work, she has undertaken residential, commercial, retail, landscape and yacht commissions in Britain and elsewhere around the world.
